At The Little Gym we want our franchisees to reach their full potential. Once you become a franchise owner, Our Finance Department will provide you with the training and support needed to start and financially manage your gym. As a part of the pre-opening process, they will work with you to customize your business plan using our comprehensive financial pro forma. They will guide you through everything from funding options to lender referrals and train you on financial strategies pertaining specifically to your The Little Gym.
The Finance Department will continue to be a resource once your gym is open. They will be available for one-on-one consultations, provide financial management training, and help you review proprietary financial and analytical tools to operate your gym.
When it comes to marketing your The Little Gym, our team makes it easy by providing step-by-step training to ensure you understand our practices and techniques. We also provide marketing solutions that include online and social marketing, grassroots, in-gym marketing, email, direct mail, print, and public relations. We are constantly creating new marketing materials and forming new partnerships to assist you in the continued growth of your business.
