Nancy has been with The Little Gym International as the CEO/Brand President since 2021. Nancy has 25+ years in the franchise industry and has been the CEO of three other wonderful brands including one she also co-founded. She was honored with the IFA Crystal Compass Award in 2022 and is the past Chair of the IFA Women’s Franchise Committee. In addition to having a love for all things Operations and Franchising, Nancy loves all things fitness. Favorites are biking, hiking, kayaking and running on the beach with her husband and two boxers. She also enjoys wine and visiting the California wineries… thus a need for hobbies 1-4.
