Bio
Leiann started her career with The Little Gym in 2010 working as an instructor in The Little Gyms of Narberth and Newtown Square in Pennsylvania. She was performing with a dance company in Philadelphia and picked up a position with The Little Gym as a means of income. She quickly fell in love with the company and it has been a part of her life ever since. Eventually Leiann took over as Gym Director of Narberth and then became Gym Director of the Virginia Beach location when she moved back to her hometown. She began working for TLGI as a Franchise Business Consultant in 2022 where she is dedicated to helping each The Little Gym Franchisee run a flourishing business where families come to learn, grow, and have fun! Leiann has a lifelong love for the performing arts and also enjoys camping trips and exploring with her family and friends.
