1. Do I need gymnastics or dance experience to own a Gym?
Absolutely not! Our franchise owners come from all sorts of backgrounds — Military Service, tech, teaching, banking, and so much more. Many of our franchise owners even started out as instructors at The Little Gym.
Rather than formal business experience, we’re looking for people who are passionate about the work they do, who wake up every morning wanting to make a difference in the lives of the families who come to their Gym.
2. How can I learn more about life as a The Little Gym owner?
The beauty of joining a franchise is that you’re in business for yourself without ever being by yourself. With over 400 Gyms located around the world, hundreds of franchise owners are at your disposal, ready to answer any questions you may have.
3. What kind of training and support does The Little Gym International offer?
Like we said, we look for people with strong leadership abilities, a desire to learn, and a love for teaching children. Because of that, we work closely with our owners every step of the way. Once you’ve been awarded a The Little Gym franchise, you’ll gain access to our best-in-class pre-opening training and support which includes our proprietary curriculum, tools, templates, and weekly phone calls with your personal Pre-Opening Consultant as well as other key members of The Little Gym corporate team.
4. Will The Little Gym International help me find a good location?
Whether you’re looking to open a The Little Gym in your own backyard or you want to make a difference in the lives of children in other communities, we’ll be with you from site selection through the build out. We understand that this is most people’s first time undergoing this process, which is why our Pre-Opening Team will work tirelessly to guide you.
